My name is Grace, and I live in Shenzhen, China. It’s a pleasure to meet you here! I obtained my English Tour Guide Certificate in 2025. However, I had already started gaining practical experience in guiding and assisting visitors through my personal and professional activities in 2024. For example, between 2024 and 2025, I hosted several friends and business partners from the UK, the US, and Belgium during their visits to Shenzhen. I took care of their itineraries, including booking hotels, purchasing attraction tickets, planning routes, and accompanying them to various tourist attractions and local restaurants to experience authentic Chinese cuisine. During these visits, I also handled unexpected situations. For instance, when one of my guests experienced an allergic reaction to an insect bite, I accompanied them to the hospital and helped communicate with the medical staff. This experience gave me valuable first-hand insight into welcoming and assisting international visitors. In addition, I traveled independently to Scotland twice between 2024 and 2025 and completed my UK visa applications on my own. As a result, I have a good understanding of the visa application process, airport arrival and departure procedures, and how to arrange accommodation, meals, and transportation when traveling abroad. These experiences have helped me better understand the needs and expectations of international travelers. I look forward to the opportunity to explore China with you! China welcomes you to discover its beauty, culture, and traditions. Wishing you a wonderful time in China, with comfortable stays, enjoyable travels, and delicious food!
