I hold a Master’s degree in English from Shanghai International Studies University, majoring in business English and hotel management, laying a solid professional foundation for high-end reception.

I’ve taken part in large international events like Ctrip Conference and World Youth Promotion Conference, familiar with guest reception, on-site coordination and emergency handling. I also worked in luxury hotels and multinational companies for VIP reception, and have English tour guiding experience for foreign groups.
